Credits will be calculated on every purchase made from the start of the Chameleon Club membership according to the following criteria:
- 1 €/$/£ or 150¥ = 10 credits for purchases on regular priced items.
- 1 €/$/£ or 150¥ = 5 credits for purchases on mark down priced items.
- Custom Duties & Tax are not counted towards your credits.
- Shipping Fees are not counted towards your credits.
- Spent credits do not accumulate further credits.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- For each return made on a specific order, total credits accumulated on that order will be deducted for the same amount of the return.
- Credits will be visible in your account section after 24 hours from invoice.
- You should log-out and log-in to see your member’s profile updated with welcome bonus credits.
- Products exclusions may apply to credits calculation.
