If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, LN-CC will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:
- The online retailer must be an authorised retailer
- The same style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer’s website at the time the price match request is made
- The price to be matched cannot be a sale price, it must be advertised at full price
- The final checkout price, including shipping fees, taxes and duty fees, must be lower than the final LN-CC checkout price
- The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the LN-CC website
- The lower price must not be a pricing error
- The lower price must not include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages
- The lower price must not include offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers
- The lower price must not include clearance, seconds or display items
If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a price match. Please contact us and we will be happy to review your request. In doing so, you need to provide us proof of the competitor's advertised price for the identical item, either at the time of purchase if in-store or within 14 days after your purchase / at the time of purchase if in-store or on-line. We need these details so that we can verify your request.
